Hit till 75% regen 94% after 2 sec another regen to 100% can t beat it i put all the proof for only 3 metins never spawned the 4th one and have to wait 4 hours to do this i want something done

So i was going aroud map 1 at 6:20 Am putin items on the shop . and from my inventory Runic +8 INT 12 20 Devil 10 Critc , stones +5 Dissaper after i play for that long i never seen something like this can i get my item back please ?
