it dropped me the second page now,but still i did this mission 2 times

Hi guys,i Did the first and second page mission on uriel,and then i did some captain mission,that reset somehow the page mission again ? so i did the first page again and for the second page it wont let me drop it from mages in the orc valley so im stuck like this
