I agree they are extremely hard to make, but I don't think that's necessarily a bad thing. They are an end-game item used mainly for 1v1, at almost-perfect items those 1-2% will count a lot, so it should be achieved hard imo. We made 3 PvP Belts +8 in 1 week of spamming Razador with 2 groups...

Everything is perfectly thought and balanced already, no need for changes!

You are able to use this money - Potion Maker costs a lot of money (which are deducted from guild bank). You just have to level your guild to be able to upgrade the Potion Maker. :)

Red Dragon is not a failed concept, there are just some "exotic" players that refuse to accept reality and waste their time interfering/interrupting capable guilds from killing it, themselves being unable to do it, or to even fight for it.
