I suggest making helmet switchable for poisoning of boss during combat. Thats a good quality of life improvement. It does not provide any other benefit than applying poison faster and easier.

I suggest being able to give yourself the leadership bonus. Right now the only way to really gain from this is by having a second account grouping with you. This implies also a more flexible playstyle aswell as skill. Imagine binding the different roles to keys and then using them on the spot...
