Hello, the drop rate of the highest level bio was reduced in regards to what it was originally as it was deemed to be too low for a near-endgame quest.

Book Day causes people to hoard books causing a shortage of the least valuable books. It will be only run in the date it was originally intended for, the World Book Day, that is in about 1 year. So you can stop hoarding books already.
