Admiral Costume texture bug

Hi, i would like to fix this visual bug from Admiral Costume (neck+hands), thanks

It's been reported like 1-2 months ago and not fixed. Same issue happens with the White Hare Coats on F chars
My guess is they failed to implement all of the costumes files correctly

can be this indeed, it is harder to implement if costume has 1 billion parts and is not made as one whole unity.
