Can i drop items from negative rank players?

When i play last time wom2 i can, now i didnt drop anything from negative rank players. It works on new server?

I think you can lose and get itiems only from 50+lv

Yes, only players with negative rank starting from level 50 have a chance of dropping items

You drop more items the more negative you are(lv50+).
Also it is worth to mention that if you use lucy ring while negative you will drop the lucy ring instead of any of your items...
