How is it possible that some people haven't been able to play for over 20h (and who know how many is the staff going to take) because of staff mistakes, in my case my shaman account is showing like my email hasn't been confirmed which is not true, I haven't been able to farm properly for this reason, sent a ticket over 15h ago and have got no reply yet... then gm dont help either, they just say "we are aware of the problem". nobody is going to compensate the time loss.
