Missing account

Hey there,

I used to have an old account which got scammed, so I left it for a while and I decided to go back now just to find out that my acc was deleted, which was REALLY disappointing.
Then I went in to create a new character, which I started leveling up and got to lv 6-7 until I had to go out. Then I go back in game this morning and my char was lv1 with no items or yang?!
Can someone please explain how does this happen and how am I supposed to play this buggy server? What if I play for 2-3 months and get far ahead just to log in some day and see my progress erased?

Unfortunately a bug in the Dojang event forced our team to do a rollback of approximately 2 hours. A 50% bonus of Experience, Yang and Drop has been enabled as a compensation, together with the Hangman evenr, until today at approx. 18:00 CET. We apologize for any inconvenience caused.
