remove green potion(m) drobes from high level mobs

which elixirs you mean exactly? If you mean Red and Blue auto potions, that suggestion was rejected (several times already).

Bloody dagger drops and Green Potion M drops will be removed as you suggested. Sadly feedback about auto loot of vitality ore is not so positive/that part is rejected.
