Closed Shop bug

Hello. I have a bug on my shop. At first showed me that some of my items were 0 yang, and couldn t even remove them from shop. Then i closed the shop for trying to solve the problem, but didn t received all items i got on.
Beside that, doesn t let me open another shop because this one is already on, but it s not.

I saw i m not the only one who has this kind of problem.
