Closed shop bug

I ran out of time at the store.
I don't have a window for receiving items, only for withdrawing cash which is not there.
I can't open a new store because it says the old one is not closed.
anyone help?

Yes I had watermelons a moment's break in gaming and the store went out of business.
What to do with it now?
