what do you think is the worst class on this server, and why do you think it's the ninja?
do they have any redeeming qualities?

Depends on what do you want to use it for.

Worse PvM? Ninja for sure, no real buffs, not very tanky, not much damage either.
For PvP? Hard to tell right now.
