We can all easily take a look at semi-popular threads and compare number of views, number of replies and number of actual votes. From what I've been seeing, the number of votes seems to be always the lowest, with people still preferring to write "+1" - mainly because the "vote" UI is not that noticeable, especially for people who barely use the forum.

Multiple, colored reactions like the "Like" one would help - or simply move the upvote/downvote section above or under the post and change its color.

I'm literally one of the most active people on this forum from day 1 and even I mostly forget to upvote a post I agree with so yea, people are right about needing a better voting/reacting system
