Am castigat un voucher si mi a fost schimbat din inventar

Voucherul castigat de mine a fost schimbat cu un alt item fara sa fiu anuntat, nu mai zic ca nu pot contacta nici un GM. Valoarea celor doua este diferita tare.
As dori lamuriri cu ceea ce s a intamplat, de ce se schimba un item din cont asa deodata fara sa fiu anuntat?

It seems like you are not up-to-date with the changes. That Voucher was bugged and you were not supposed to get it in the first place, so it was replaced with the best item you could get from the egg.
