Closed BAN FOR FREE? WHY?

Hello, I have a problem. On December 13, 2023, I was unfairly permanently banned. Apparently for trying to sell the character. The problem is that I didn't show my characters anywhere. I wrote to the administration, but they don't seem to understand that I don't know what the ban is for because I didn't put these characters up for sale. I put about 700 euros (ItemShop) into the characters and they were taken away from me! I can't come to terms with it because I didn't do anything against the rules. What would you do in my place? Who should I contact to help me!

i just got that this case got solved, furthermore stuff like this are not for public and they shouldnt be posten on forum like this.
