Dragon's Heart and Dragon's Claw

Does anyone know if we can drop/get books for Dragon's Heart and Dragon's Claw and where.
I tried to use search shop option but couldn't find anything, maybe different name for the book ?
How much does it cost ?

The daily quest in beta can sometimes give those books and I think Wubba drops them as well iirc.
