Does anyone know how much each level in a fishing rod changes the chance to catch a fish?

Hi Spiegeltot, as a team, we do not disclose such rates, but I can say that the more upgraded your rod is, the more chance to catch rare fish.

I have a level 8 rod and I don't feel any difference.
