As we know, like some months ago was added a content with potion maker. Unlikely nobody thinks about rebuilding the whole system, to know whos giving out tickets or not. This is so important to remind people to make it, etc. Please rebuild that because this tool is useless for now.

Why do you think it's useless? We don't control or even force anyone in our guild to donate tickets and somehow got 23rd level.
