How to access config?

Seems like when I change resolution and the rest options through the config in the ProgramFiles it doesn't save. And I also can't seem to find the config button when I open the patcher, unless there is not one.

Hello, open the folder where you installed it example C:/Program Files/WoM2 and open Config as administrator
