I'm wondering how does hp regen work on wom? since hp regen stone is droppable
Does regeneration work like on the other servers? 5 seconds out of combat?

Don‘t expect too much from the regeneration stone. As soon as you’re poisoned your regeneration stops so there are many plac where they got no use
