Accepted increase shop sales stash limit and price limit items

o cl4 att avg ruby in the shops. because the limit is 10kkk. nobody wants to sell that ruby that cheap.

Increase the limit to 100kkk for shops ( old server had it at 999kkk and you could still hold over 1.5kkkk+ yang in inventory ). Some items have a higher value than 10kkk and finding ways to go around that can turn akward very fast.
Also bring back the 'Potential Value' of the shops. Small QoL, such a small thing can make looking at your shop so much more enjoyable.
