Pardon me if I misunderstand your question as I'm using a translator. All cosmetics are permanent here on WoM2, and they don't provide you with any bonus. They're purely for looks and roleplay. When it comes to the Camel, it doesn't provide any unique bonuses. The Camel is a permanent pet that you raise just like your average pet, and the only difference is that its base statuses are slightly enhanced (i.e., a bit more attack value, a bit more defense etc.).
