Rejected Leadership

I suggest being able to give yourself the leadership bonus. Right now the only way to really gain from this is by having a second account grouping with you.

This implies also a more flexible playstyle aswell as skill. Imagine binding the different roles to keys and then using them on the spot like in duells or pvm for heavy attacks to switch fast to defense mode. Adds another layer of skill to the gameplay!

-1, almost all players didn't read leadership on buffer for a month for it to be changed like that

but you definitely have a buffer, try this;
open your main acc, open another client with some afk acc and open buffera as a third account.
So the buff gets a farm block, nothing from the drop works, and you level up the buffer and get attack value party.
