Make the Guild Rent Donation Revokable/Withdrawable

Accidents happen, also partings happen, too. We should have the ability to withdraw our own donation OR give the guild leader this permission. I'm definitely not salty over accidentally donating with my farmer to my guild.

I don't think everyone should be able to withdraw, however I believe the guild leader should be able to and also give access to certain ranks such as a co leader the ability to take money out with the role on the very right on the screenshot, no reason not to otherwise all guild related funds need to be held on a specific "guild bank" character, something we do in our guild. Not to mention mistakes such as accidentally donating a large amount of money when you try to donate experience, having the buttons so close to each other can lead to mistakes happening a little too easily.
