Out of the blue

Greetings to everybody and happy Easter!

2 days ago, while I was going through a nostlagia trip with metin2, i stumbled upon wom2 and I felt so excited about it being relaunched. I immediately registered and hoped into the game. fast forward 2 days later, meaning today, I decide to buy myself some coins and a thief's glove and go medal farming. As soon as I finsished, i headed back to map2 to sell some items, accept some quests and be on my way. Suddenly, I got banned. Just like that. Can somebody look into it? Not only this ruined the whole feeling for me, I also feel scammed.

Same thing happend to me like 5 mins ago. I was just chilling in map1. I wrote email to support and I'm waiting for respone.

Update:
I got unbanned. I'm still looking for an answer though. If bans occur out of the freaking blue, then there's no point investing into the server.

Glad to hear that. I just checked and I got unbanned too but it looks suspicious tbh.

Yeah, I get where you're coming from. I just hope they have implemented some sort of automated hack check system or something and it just bugged out.
