I updated the patcher and now the metin2.exe or patcher whatever you call it vanished. Do I have to reinstall?

Just try to uninstall/remove everything then install it again with a new downloaded .exe from the site.
If that doesn't work try the same thing but restart your computer before installing it again

I will try and I will update. But just fyi I downloaded the 1.3gb direct patcher 10 minutes ago and as I reinstalled it, it disappeared again...

That's for sure the antivirus or windows defender, try to disable it
