Refine chance/bug:?

I came back after 2 months to see how i use 50 blessing scrolls on a rib to get from +3 to +2 without even seeing +7. What is this, a joke or what?

Hi shizue, it is not a bug, it is called RNG. Sometimes you can upgrade your RIB from +0 to +9 with 15 blessing scrolls, sometimes you can't with 50 scrolls. At least lv 30 weapons do not require upgrade items, which lowers the upgrade costs a lot. What I can suggest you is using the guild blacksmiths if you do not have decent bonuses on your weapon.

try to make few +6 with city smith after that you can try to upgrade it in Demon Tower you still get the additional 10% chance for upgrade but at lower cost,
Guild smith is rip off
