Search for bonused items

Hi, Suggestion: add the option to search for specific bonuses on an item, like the old WoM had. If I want to search for some very obscure item with 20% esoterics and 15% earth resistance, it's a task that could take an hour or more given the amount of +grades (0-9) and variety of equipment...
