Closed shop items bug

hi, today i wanted to withdraw the money from shop , or the items then i saw i can.t take my rib back, that was happening for all items (look in video) , i didn.t withdraw the money , so the items didn.t sell. the rib+9 was on shop with 50kk , you can check i didn.t withdraw this amount of money .What should i do ?

After i withdraw the items that worked (only the one with price shown ) the shop closed .

Hi Cimpoocristi, first of all thank you for your efforts to make a proper report. We are aware of the problem with CH1 and shops, it will be fixed as soon as possible. Any kind of problems like disappearing items, items appearing with 0 yang etc. are all visual bugs and will be fixed once we restart the server.
