Ehm....I guess having high average damage is good enought....having the possibility to roll just the 3 left in order to make it GOD like weapon, doesn't really make any sense.
What made the difference on old WoM for lv 30 weapons was the 3-5 bonuses...this would just make the "unique" items lose their value so hard.
